The Dü̈nenhaus is an excellent place to stay. The painter F. Wachenhusen, who opened his art school here, was already very aware of this. Even then the artists of the day were drawn to the fishing village's tranquillity and freshness. Today more than ever this house is a place of inspiration: on the ground floor time and again creative ideas are developed and important decisions are made during meetings and symposia.
We also host regular readings and cabaret shows to entertain our visitors. The suites on the upper floor offer our hotel guests rural comfort – just the right thing to relax and recharge one's batteries.
